Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based?

I am based in England, however, I work remotely via video calls or in person.

Who do I work with?

I work with people of all ages and my process is to create sustainable, long-term changes to people's nutritional habits to have a lasting impact on their health.

What happens prior to the initial meeting?

Before your initial consultation, you will be sent a health questionnaire and a 5 day food diary which should be completed and sent back 4 days before the meeting date.

What happens during an initial consultation?

The consultation will last up to 90 minutes and involves discussion of your medical history, goals, symptoms, prior lab testing, and nutrition status.  This will enable me to learn about your health and family history in order to enable me to formulate a personalised plan based on achievable goals.

After the consultation, your plan will be sent to you via email within 5 working days.

What happens during a follow-up consultation?

The follow-up appointment can last between 45-60 mins and involves reviewing your symptoms and any test results.  This is an opportunity to monitor your progress and challenges and adjust the plan accordingly. Additional follow-ups can be purchased later if required.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans can be discussed during the discovery call.

When are payments due?

Payments are due 1 week before your appointment.

Are other package plans available?

Other package plans are available according to the clients needs.  This can be discussed during the discovery call.

What happens if I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?

It's essential that you feel happy with your choice and confident that we can work together as a team to achieve your goals.  If you think that things are not working well, I will happily process a refund 14 days after the initial appointment, less the costs incurred to that point.

What is functional testing?

Functional testing is comprehensive, in-depth analysis of blood, urine or stool tests, which look at different systems to help understand the root cause of illness.  Most GP tests are not as in-depth as functional tests.  These types of tests might be recommended to help understand the root cause.
