About

Hello, my name is Liana Michael

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist focused on helping people make positive changes and develop lasting healthy habits to enhance their quality of life and prevent illness.  Our body can heal given the right tools.

I believe that eating whole foods is one of the most potent tools to nourish our body and mind along with lifestyle adjustments.  My approach is rooted in holistic principles, where emotional, mental, and physical aspects are reviewed to determine the root cause of the health issue.  I am passionate and committed to helping people learn to make the right food choices.

I previously worked in advertising and marketing but felt unfulfilled.  I took some time off to have a baby and found my true passion.  During this time I rediscovered my love for food and healing through nutrition.  As a child, I was intrigued by stories of ancient civilisations like the Egyptians and Greeks using herbs and spices to heal.  After having a child, I became more mindful about what I fed my daughter and myself.  I discovered that genes do not determine our destiny which gave me hope for my daughter's future.  I decided to join the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and trained as a Nutritional Therapist to learn more about the scientific and naturopathic approach. I want to share my knowledge to help people discover how amazing their body is and that they can live healthier and fuller lives.

My Qualifications & Training

I studied for 3 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist.

I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) which is the professional body for nutritional therapy practitioners and registered with the  General Naturopathic Council (GNC) which is the regulator of Naturopathy in the UK

These professional bodies require continued professional development, I keep up to date with the ongoing changes in nutritional science by attending conferences, workshops, and my research on everything health and wellness related.
